About the event
Learn how our training programs prepare you for long distance triathlon. View sample training plans, learn about performance tests (blood lactate, sweat testing, INSCYD), and other resources available to help take your performance to new heights. We will discuss membership options and you will hear from current athletes about their experience. Membership specials will be available for all who attend. We will also provide food, drink, and some great raffle prizes!!!
